Referrals are made to specialists as necessary. Services are coordinated with your other professional advisors to meet your needs. |

We are paid solely by you with a fully disclosed fee based on a flat fee and percentage of investment assets, flat fee or hourly rate. This avoids potential conflicts of interest caused by sales commissions, incentive awards, etc. |
| Fiduciary: |
We act as a Fiduciary and put our client's interests first. |

Our initial data and information gathering process is extensive and more thorough than you will find at any competitor's firm! We actually apologize in advance to our new clients for the amount of time and work we go thru. But to use an analogy, just like you want a new doctor to know your medical history and do a thorough diagnosis before dispensing medical advice, we need to know your history and goals and situation before giving you financial advice!
We emphasize client education.
We don't just tell you what to do. Every decision or strategy has advantages and disadvantages. We do make specific recommendations, but we want you to understand the rationale behind the recommendation in whatever level of detail you want. We understand that we are dealing with your money and your goals, not ours. But we will also not recommend anything that we wouldn't do with our money or a family member's.
We focus on process, which is continuous.
We are pro-active and consider issues relevant to your "stage of life". Ask us, we have plenty of examples.
We concentrate on cash flow to achieve your goals.
Ultimately the goal is for you to have enough cash in the checking account at the right time to pay the bills for the things you want to do.
